Stanton DJ Pro 3000 MKII (Stanton DJPRO3000 MK2)
The Stanton DJ Pro 3000 MKII DJ headphones are capable of reproducing
a wide frequency range clearly and accurately. Featuring a pair of 50mm
Neodymium drivers capable of handling the high headphone output of most DJ
mixers (and the low frequency response needed for precise mixing) are in a class
of their own. Additional features are high pass and low pass filters, a
detachable cord and cool blue LEDs. If you want to focus on the lows or the
highs, simply adjust the built-in low- and high-pass filters to suit your taste
making it easier to mix off the kick drum or hi-hats. Whatever your mixing
style, the Stanton DJ Pro 3000 MKII delivers. The only thing DJ's wont hear is
noise, thanks to a closed ear cup design that isolates the sound for monitoring.

The Stanton DJ Pro 300 MKII Headphones ROCK!

The 50mm drivers put out some serious bass and fit is very comfortable.

The removable cord is about 10' long, a tad longer than I prefer to have hanging around all the knobs on a mixer but it is partially coiled so that's a plus.

The HP and LP filters I really can't comment on because I always use the phones in the Normal position but I do suppose the settings would be useful for doing a different type of mixing than what I do on a regular basis.

The Blue LEDs on the side of the cups are pretty cool but do require a battery to power them and they can be turned off as well.

The ear cups fit nicely over the ears and don't feel feel like you're having your skull crushed in a vise when they are on for extended periods and provide nice isolation to outside noise.

These are mostly plastic but seem to be built very well and have held up great for me over the last 2 years.

The phones also come with a very nice embroidered black velvet pouch with a cinch strap.

I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a good set of road worthy headphones.
