You get so much in one light here, this is almost a no brainer. This light is hot right now, and it is very hard to get. Most places have to back ordered them, but not here. KOPDJ.com right now, has plenty to satisfy all of your D.J. needs. I used this light at a wedding in a room that was about 25' high and almost 125 feet deep. This thing shined on the ceiling and against the back wall. It didn't cover a full 180 degrees, but I would say it did about a 100 degree coverage. Totally worth it here. Super light, no duty cycles, and the strobe effect is really cool. You can also choose to turn off the strobe if too much for your event. I carry mine inside my blizzard puck bag. Takes up just a little more space that on Blizzard RGBA Puck.
This is a pretty unique product with strobe led and laser light show combined you can use a this light in as most any type of show. The light is a little bulkier than the swarm 4 but is still fairly light weight I like this light for its variability
got to say this is one kick ass light Dj light the swarm 5fx like to thank tom from kpo dj help me out for this light this chauvet light most popular from chauvet get sold out right away I mean it price u see at at samash 123dj other dj site payed 220 dollars but hear 188 dollars now can't not beat that price I got it about 4 days ago madley love with it led strobe lights and laser and moon flower effect just super prefix nice super bright get light 2 have but get sold soo fast hey get it u well love it has some weight 2 it the light full 180 deg built into it thanks tom
The price is right for this product. You get lasers and LEDS, totally worth it. I will say the LED color lights don't throw very far but the lasers make up for it. This light does what two of my other lights do combined on the dance floor.
I was looking for a combo light after talking with sales at KPODJ he helped me make the right decision. This light is GREAT! I will be ordering another in the near future. The price was right also for all it does.
Seriously, who doesn't love this light? It is amazing for mobile gigs. It even fills a gymnasium (get 2 for that size room though). The strobe is a little weak in brightness (for the amount of light it throws), but if you're doing mostly weddings you will probably avoid strobe anyway. Buy it, you won't be sorry. DMX on this thing is pretty darn good too. My only wish is that I could have control over the laser gobos, but this is a minor issue at best.
Powerful and compact. Lightweight, and don't worry, you can turn off the strobe feature so grandma doesn't have a seizure at your next wedding.
Super multi-purpose light for a DJ that is looking to use one light for a small party or add to additional lighting for a bigger function. Built well. Priced reasonably for what you are getting....easy to use right out of the box. KpoDJ VIP pricing is a no brainer, especially since it is free to sign up for VIP!!!! CS is superb. Would do business with again! Plus Chauvet has a rewards program to earn points for free gear...can't complain about that!
Just used my two new Chauvet Swarm 5FXs last night for the first time. Simple to use, lightweight, and affordable. If your budget is tight and you need lights, this product is all you need. Only thing missing with these lights is a remote. I don't have a lighting controller (not yet) so I rely on remotes for most of my lights.

What-a-light!!!<br /> Man this thing is a do it all disco extravaganza. Tried it at a gig last weekend without telling anyone. Half the band quit playing just to watch the light show. In hindsight I think I would give fair warning next time. Yes the light is great, but if used without warning it can adversly affect your sound.

If I was to describe this unit I would say it is an all-in-one style unit. If you are looking for something simple like a wash or simple effect or gobo go grab a different light. This is best utilized for a high energy environment that wants unique patterns and effects. The lasers, gobos, and strobes are really unique from each other and it creates a very attention getting piece. Good value and build.
