The SUB 9029AS is engineered for arena-level output while preserving clarity and punch. Its dual 19" neodymium woofers and ultra-efficient Class-D amplifier deliver deep, articulate bass with ultra-fast transient response. The cabinet is tour-ready, featuring weather-resistant construction, a rugged Polyurea finish, and a magnetic rain cover that protects the connection panel in challenging conditions.
System tuning is streamlined. Use RDTap for contactless, offline configuration—tap your smartphone to the RDTap logo to transfer presets, EQ, delay, and alignment, even when the unit is unpowered. For full-scale deployments, RDNet provides comprehensive monitoring and DSP control across entire systems, including cardioid configurations and time alignment.
RCF’s ACE (Advanced Crossover Engine) aligns time and phase beyond the crossover region for tighter sub-to-top integration with FiRPHASE-enabled loudspeakers. Meanwhile, BMC (Bass Motion Control) maps woofer behavior to limit over-excursion without the phase shift of conventional high-pass filters, extending low-frequency linearity.
Built for speed and safety on the road, the SUB 9029AS supports a detachable front cart (sold separately), features multiple M20 mounts for flexible deployment, and integrates with a modular suspension kit for flown arrays and cardioid stacks.
