ADJ Protégé XL Description
The
ADJ Protégé XL stands at the top of ADJ’s Protégé Series as a flagship moving head spot packed with premium features. It harnesses a 450W white LED light source with a 7000K color temperature to generate up to 20,000 lumens of crisp, vibrant output. A motorized zoom range of 4.1° to 45° gives it the flexibility to handle both narrow beam aerials and wide-angle projection with equal clarity and punch.
Engineered for creative freedom, the Protégé XL includes disc-based CMY color mixing, a separate CTO for color temperature adjustment, and a dedicated color wheel with seven saturated dichroic options. Its dual rotating GOBO wheels are each loaded with seven replaceable glass gobos for layered textures and dynamic projection effects. It also includes both light and heavy frost filters for soft washes, an animation wheel, and two overlay-capable 6-facet prisms—one linear and one circular.
This fixture’s ultra-fast 3-phase motors deliver precision pan/tilt movement with 360° continuous rotation. It’s built for reliability in demanding environments, with rugged pan/tilt locks and IP-rated connectors. Remote configuration is simple thanks to Aria X2 wireless, RDM, and NFC technology.
