A true wireless solution! The ADJ WiFLY EXR Battery is a battery powered wireless DMX transceiver (transmitter/receiver in one) that is compatible with all ADJ WiFLY “EXR” products. After connecting the American DJ WiFLY EXR Battery transceiver to a DMX Controller users can send a constant and reliable wireless DMX signal up to 2500 feet to other ADJ WiFLY “EXR” products. The ADJ WiFLY EXR Battery transceiver is backwards compatible with ADJ WiFLY products, however, it will only transmit up to 2500 feet with other “EXR” Extend Range products.
The American DJ WiFLY EXR Battery has a battery life of up to 20 hours. There are digital battery life and WiFLY wireless signal strength indicators on the side of the unit. Plus, a magnetic bottom plate allows for temporary, quick and easy mounting of the ADJ WiFLY EXR Battery transceiver onto a metal lighting fixture or object. The wireless frequency is 2.4 GHz and will coexist in busy RF environments alongside technologies like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

Running DMX wss a nightmare without these bad boys! No more long, long cable runs for me! Thanks ADJ! Can't brag enough about these. Battery is super long, signal is great, no lag, nothing. I LOVE the wifly option to run battery or AC. Got 3 & gonna get 3 more at least! Great tools for anyone using DMX.
i can say this works vary great with no drop outs or anything i used it around all types of wireless like bluetooth wireless mics wifi and never droped out at all runs and works great =)
