The renowned Ape Labs MusikMode makes it easy to create coordinated music-responsive lighting effects without complicated programming. With a single button press on the included ApeRemote, compatible Ape Labs fixtures can work together to produce a constantly evolving light show synchronized to the music. Rather than functioning as unrelated sound-active lights, the fixtures collaborate to create a cohesive visual presentation with coordinated changes in color and effects.
With six Vega fixtures included, DJs and event professionals can distribute lighting throughout a venue, illuminate separate architectural features, or position fixtures around a stage while maintaining synchronized operation. MusikMode also integrates with other compatible Ape Labs products, allowing users to expand their lighting systems while keeping effects coordinated across different fixture models.
Not a fan of DMX? No problem. The included ApeRemote provides intuitive wireless control without requiring a traditional lighting console. Compatible Ape Labs fixtures can be assigned to one of four groups, allowing users to change colors, adjust brightness, select lighting programs, modify effect speed and strobe settings, and activate MusikMode without affecting fixtures in other groups. Multiple groups can also be controlled simultaneously.
For more advanced programming, the Ape Labs smartphone app provides additional control through an optional Connect interface. Users can configure fixture groups, create and recall lighting scenes, manage wireless DMX, and access advanced multipixel programming. The Connect interface also provides the app-based functionality required for displaying letters, numbers, and character effects on the Vega pixel arrays. Ape Labs Connect is not included and is sold separately.
