The Kaptivator is a high power class 3R 250mw RGB laser effect fixture that
aims to please with a dazzling display of 120 static and 7 animated patterns.
Richly saturated colors from separate red/green/blue laser modules and a
high-speed 15,000 point per second (15kpss) scanner system generate incredible
3D effects, smooth shapes and fast moving aerial effects. Set the fixture to
auto-shape mode, auto animation mode, sound active mode, or 11-channel DMX mode
via its traditional slide-style rear panel dip switches to gain full control of
all the Kaptivator's special features and RGB laser color mixing abilities.
In DMX mode, the Kaptivator allows full control of the mode selection, pattern
selection, color changing effects, plus auto and manual X/Y position
adjustments, X/Y dimmer, rotation, zoom, draw, and roll functions.
The Kaptivator is compact in size and light in weight at just under 5.5 pounds.
It's easily mountable with its single secure hanging bracket.

The Blizzard Kaptivator 3D is absolutely outstanding. Both the aerial effect and the projected images are exactly what I was looking for in a laser. Colors are really cool. Plus it is way less expensive than the competition. I highly recommend.
It's hard to describe how much better shows are with the Kaptivator 3D. It really makes your performances (and your client's events) considerably more professional and dazzling. Probably the biggest advantage of this unit over others is how much lower the price is. When I first saw how much it cost I was a bit taken aback and figured it might be junk. But for live events (I do stage work at a medium-sized venue) you add a lot of energy, class and visual interest by incorporating a few of these.<br /> <br /> The low price means you can buy several and not break the bank. I tend to also be concerned about how well built these items are, as they need to be able to take a beating. While I wouldn't recommend ACTUALLY beating it, I'm also confident it'll last a long time and won't fall apart. It just seems sturdy. Definitely a good product.
