The snowbanks are incredible new lights from Blizzard. Built very well, great effect light, or they can be used as an all color blinder or a wash light. I have two of them and would highly recommend them for a small band or club.
I'm getting spoiled by these Blizzard products. They're just always really well made and give me the kind of lighting that you normally see at big professional gigs. They're well constructed and they can take a beating, which is important when you're on the road a lot. You'd be surprised how much space just one SnowBank can fill, too. It's got some serious power that ultimately cuts down on the number of lights you need to buy. It has good color and versatility. I've been using the DMX functions more now that I'm purchasing more Blizzard products, and I have to say it makes using standalone modes just seem like child's play. You get a lot more control and consistency. I don't like having any surprises at gigs, so those are two factors I value pretty highly.

I've always had good experiences with KPODJ and getting the SnowBank was no exception. The shipping was fast, order process was easy.
Bought this light based on the online videos and reviews....they cannot prepare you for just how BRIGHT this light is. It will easily replace 8 500 watt par 64 lights and give you infinitely more color control. The reaction from the crowd is consistently amazed and some just like to stare . One light will fill a dance floor ...a large one! Get 2 and you are done...get the snow control dmx controller and have a blast with this light.
Graham P.
I'm going to echo what everyone else here has said. This light is BRIGHT! I originally bough this light as a temporary centerpiece. Eventually I was going to buy 2 and add a different centerpiece. There is NO NEED! This light will fill a dance floor. It's spread pattern is amazing, and whether you're using DMX or the built in programs, you can light different spots of the dance floor at different times using the separate banks. Keeping the floods "moving" and fluid. This is my first Blizzard Lighting product, and I have to say, I'm blown away. My only concern is that the back of the light does get quite hot when kept on for a while. With no direct fan access, I hope I don't experience any thermal problems. Just an observation, but no performance complications thus far!

As always, you can't go wrong when purchasing from KPODJ. These guys are the best!
Blizzard was my first choice for my first wash light and it was the right move. I use it by itself sound active and it responds perfectly but I must add it is very bright aka the blinder
I have not bought these personally, but have worked with bar owners who have bought them for their bar rig. Not the worst lights ever, but the quality is poor somewhere in the design, because some color diodes in quadrants would fail. So when you made the whole fixture purple, one section would be only red. Not a professional look for your lighting rig. And these fixtures never moved, they just hung in place.
So if you buy these, expect to repair or replace them quicker than you would like
There is really nothing but good to say about this light. The coverage, the saturation, the macros (and I don't usually like them)...

We have three of these lights, two are up and the other is the backup...for now. I have them mounted about 9' off the ground and they completely cover an alcove stage that is 30'x24' with little to no drop off on the edges.
