These bars have the coolest auto chases of any lights on the market IMO! Extra bright, had to dim a good bit for the other fixtures I have. You can control up to 8 sections of the light in the highest channel mode... Only bummer is that all the colors are in channel 7 instead of 26. Still a great color bar forr the money
Awesome light. I have been using these as Sound active LED Dance lighting for small events and even weddings. it's my "go to" standard light. I absolutely hate the dot lights (Vertigo etc) these punch light onto the dancefloor and have a nice even wash. I use 4 of these on 2 Lighting stands and I can easily cover a dancefloor of 300+. We own 12 of these and my DJ's use them week in week out.
I purchased four of these color rails a couple of months ago to add with my other four. I typically do event lighting for concerts, small festivals, and etc but I also DJ a little on the side. These lights are great and bright! For concert I like to either stagger them across the back of the stage aimed at the corwd or if we are flying truss, I like to like them down the truss aimed into the crowd. Looks great in haze. When I DJ I'll mount them around my goal post truss and they look great. Very tight and bright beam. Great for uplighting or stage effect but not a wash as you can tell by the beam angles. Overall, I am very happy with mine.
