The Eliminator Lighting HD-MB40 is a heavy-duty mirror ball motor built to safely support and rotate large mirror balls in indoor entertainment installations. With support for mirror balls up to 40 inches (1 m) and a maximum load of 89 lb (40 kg), it is suited for nightclubs, event spaces, entertainment venues, and other installations requiring dependable slow-speed rotation.
The Eliminator Lighting HD-MB40 is designed for applications where standard lightweight mirror ball motors do not provide enough capacity. Its heavy-duty design supports mirror balls measuring up to 40 inches in diameter and weighing as much as 89 lb (40 kg), making it suitable for large-scale indoor installations.
The motor rotates at a non-adjustable speed of 1–1.5 RPM. This slow rotation provides smooth movement for projecting reflected light across dance floors, ceilings, walls, and other surfaces when the mirror ball is illuminated by a compatible spotlight or pinspot.
Designed for indoor use, the HD-MB40 is well suited for nightclubs, entertainment venues, event spaces, bands, and installed lighting systems. Despite its substantial load capacity, the motor consumes a maximum of only 7W and operates from standard 100–120V AC power.
