The STI is designed for connecting the headphone output of an MP3 player, portable CD player or computer to a sound system and then operating them from the stage. The dual transformers in the STI allow true stereo interface and can provide full ground isolation. The volume control on the STI adjusts the XLR output volume making it particularly useful for rehearsal or situations without a sound system operator.
