The 10.1-inch touchscreen makes a big difference compared to smaller standalone systems. Browsing tracks, managing playlists, and navigating waveforms feels much closer to using a full CDJ setup. I also liked the longer pitch faders. Small tempo adjustments feel more precise, especially for DJs who mix manually instead of relying heavily on sync. The 4-channel control gives the XDJ-AZ a lot of flexibility for multi-deck mixing, external players, or hybrid setups. The built-in WiFi streaming support is another feature that feels genuinely useful instead of gimmicky, especially for open-format DJs taking requests or DJs who want access to cloud libraries without carrying extra drives. Audio quality is excellent. The interface sounds clean and powerful through larger sound systems, and the onboard effects feel very close to what DJs expect from the DJM-A9 mixer section.
