I bought this for my DDJSX, looks really nice and sleek... it is a bit heavy for me and I thought it had wheels on the bottom but it doesnt, but overall it is a nice case
Prior to purchasing this case, I had the opportunity to use the SX with the Odyssey Laptop slide out case. Here is my review based on using the two.

What I like about this case:
1. Lots of space beneath and back of the controller to store your items. I noticed the Odyssey case has less storage space beneath the controller. I definitely would not be able to store the items I currently throw under the SX2.

2. At first I preferred the Odyssey design, which is solid smooth black. However, the design of this case grew on me. It has a textured hexagon design so look closely.

3. Without the laptop slide out, it is lighter than the Odyssey case (w/slide out). Lighter is a always a plus doing mobile events.

4. Price is less

Dislikes:
1. The company provides 3 thick removable pads (pads always a plus). However, I cannot find a spot on the controller where I feel comfortable placing the pads. You will have to apply a little strength to close the case due to the size of the pads. Thus, there is extra pressure on the controller. I am concerned of the pads shifting near buttons, knobs, etc. I try my best to place it on the corners of the controller where there are less knobs and buttons, but it is not easy to get the pads to stick in one spot. Having gone through several cases with different controllers, I never felt I had to apply extra pressure to close the case due to foam that would impact the unit. The Odyssey case has a big foam below the laptop slide out so even if it moves a bit, it hits the big foam. No added pressure closing the case.

2. If you normally use a 6ft table and place your laptop stand on the side of the table, you will probably not have an issue using a case without the laptop slide out. If you place the laptop stand beneath the controller, it will hinder your view a bit.

3. I have seen the picture of the laptop slide out version of the Pro XS with wheels. Why didn't they put some on this case?

Overall, good case and comparable to Odyssey at a lower price point and slight difference in design. All of the other cases that I have purchased had the laptop slide out. I normally use a 6ft table so the laptop slide out option is not necessary, but I would still choose the case with the laptop slide out for convenience and one less thing to lug around.
