Pre-Rig Truss

The ProX XTH-MLT3US5FT MLT THREE is a compact 5-foot pre-rig truss designed for touring productions, rental companies, LED video systems, concert stages, and professional event applications. Its open-bottom construction provides unobstructed access for installing moving lights, LED fixtures, and video modules while the shorter section length is useful for tight layouts, gap filling, and mixed-length truss configurations.

ProX XTH-MLT3US5FT Description

The ProX XTH-MLT3US5FT brings the professional MLT THREE pre-rig platform into a shorter section for applications where an 8-foot or 10-foot truss would be too long. It can be used as part of mixed-length systems, to complete tighter overhead layouts, or to provide more precise coverage for lighting and LED video installations.

The truss is manufactured from EN AW 6082 T6 aluminum with 48.3 x 4.5 mm main tubes and 30 x 3 mm bracing. HOF Heavy Duty coating in RAL 9005 gloss black provides a durable finish suited to the repeated handling associated with touring, rental, and staging operations.

Included male and female hardened-steel fork connectors rotate to accommodate straight runs as well as horizontal and vertical curves. The Fork-Locking System™ allows crews to establish and retain selected connector positions for specialized shapes and circular configurations. It can also be used to establish pre-tension or camber before deployment to help compensate for deflection in loaded LED video applications.

The open-bottom structure allows complete video modules and hanging frames to be positioned inside the truss with unobstructed access. A compatible folding dolly with telescopic legs is available separately for transporting pre-rigged assemblies, while an optional rail system provides additional fixture-positioning flexibility. This listing includes the 5-foot truss section and male and female steel fork connectors only.
