The RANE Performer is a flagship 4-channel DJ controller designed for Serato DJ Pro. It features high-torque 7” motorized platters with die-cast aluminum construction and acrylic discs, offering unmatched scratch and performance accuracy. The RANE Performer is a 4-channel professional DJ controller and mixer, so it makes sense for mobile DJs, club DJs, open-format performers, and event setups where flexibility matters. The jogwheel screens are useful without feeling distracting, giving quick visual feedback right where your hands already are. I also liked the long pitch faders, especially for DJs who care about precise tempo adjustment rather than tiny controller-style pitch control. The solid metal build gives it a professional feel right away, and the rotating platters make a big difference for DJs who prefer a more turntable-like response when scratching, beat juggling, or making quick corrections by feel. The stem controls are easy to access, which makes acapella/instrumental-style mixing feel more practical during a real set instead of buried in software. External FX support and dual USB are also big advantages, especially for back-to-back sets or smooth DJ changeovers. The Performer is not the smallest or cheapest controller. This is a strong choice for DJs who want a rugged 4-channel controller with motorized platter feel, serious mixer functionality, and a modern software workflow.

This controller is a beast! I have been a Pioneer guy for over 25 years and had and SX, SX3, SRT, and FLX-10 and the Performer is such a better feeling controller. I use the Rane 72 mkii and Twelve setup which is too big for my mobile stuff so the Performer is perfect! Thank you KPODJ for the amazing deal and service as usual!
