RCF KXL 4-A Description
The
RCF KXL 4-A is engineered for scalable sound reinforcement where compact size and high SPL are critical. At its heart are two hypervented 10" neodymium woofers and a 4" titanium compression driver coupled to a 100° x 25° rotatable True Resistive Waveguide. This ensures excellent intelligibility and seamless arrayability, even in acoustically challenging spaces.
Its 3200W peak Class-D amplifier module (2000W LF / 1200W HF) is optimized for efficient, fanless operation. Internal DSP includes advanced FiRPHASE filters for linear phase response, and BMC (Bass Motion Control) to manage woofer excursion without compromising low-end clarity.
With full RDNet integration, technicians can manage EQ, delay, limiter, gain, and temperature monitoring remotely—making the KXL 4-A ideal for fast deployment and consistent tuning in both mobile and fixed applications. The low crossover point of 900Hz allows the large-format compression driver to take on more of the midrange, enhancing vocal presence and coherence across arrays.
Its robust Baltic birch cabinet is coated in polyurea for long-term durability and weather resistance. Integrated rigging hardware allows for pole-mounting, ground-stacking, or flown use in arrays.
