The RF Venue COMB8CP ARC is an eight-channel IEM transmitter combining package designed for permanent installations that require dependable RF coverage and a discreet architectural antenna. It combines the COMBINE8 active transmitter combiner with a white CP Architectural Antenna, DC power distribution, RF interconnects, and a 25 ft white low-loss coaxial cable for a streamlined multi-channel wireless monitoring system.
The RF Venue COMB8CP ARC is designed for houses of worship, theaters, auditoriums, schools, conference spaces, and other installed venues running larger wireless in-ear monitor systems. Instead of using a separate antenna for each transmitter, the COMBINE8 brings as many as eight IEM transmitter signals together into one antenna feed, helping simplify the RF environment and reduce interference between closely spaced transmitting antennas.
The COMBINE8 provides eight BNC RF inputs and a single combined antenna output. Its active combining circuitry maintains 0 dB full-system gain within ±2 dB, while individual transmitter inputs accept up to +18 dBm or 60 mW. For U.S. operation, RF Venue recommends transmitter power of 50 mW or less where required for unlicensed operation.
The included CP Architectural Antenna is engineered specifically for installed IEM systems. Its right-hand circularly polarized design distributes RF energy across changing polarization angles, helping maintain signal consistency as performers move. The antenna covers 470–928 MHz, provides a 120-degree beam width, and features a slim 11 x 11 x 2 in enclosure that can be mounted on a wall or ceiling.
The COMBINE8 also supplies 12V DC at up to 4A total through the included DC Octopus 8-connector power distribution cable, allowing compatible IEM transmitters to share a centralized power source. Eight BNC jumpers, an AC power cable, and a 25 ft white low-loss RG8X coaxial cable complete the package for professional multi-channel IEM installations.
