the description for the scrims were not clear if they came with a carry case and scrim clamp or not ... so I bought the 4 pack just in case with my scrim order... I'm glad I did because the scrims do come with bags but NOT THE CLAMPS!! order these with your scrims!!! worth the few extra bucks!! or if you decide to make your own scrims, these will be great for that too!! and buying the 4 pack is a better deal than buying 1 single one at a time...
Makes attaching my 2 sided Scrim King or Gator Scrims quick and "on the fly" easily adjustable. I mainly use Onstage SS8800B+ stands and these clamps will adjust to both the SS8880b+'s 1-3/8" and my other stands' 1-1/2" shafts easily. Great pricing and quick shipping on KPODJ's 4 pack.
Highly recommend these clamps if you use scrims. Much easier to fasten the scrims to the stands with these clamps
Just got a set of four.Work like a charm.I did add another washer so the wingnut won't dig in.Really convenient.
Gotta get the clamps! they are perfect tag-a-long with your scrims. Could've took short cuts and got o-clamps but...nah I like to stay with the originals! Glad I did! These are sturdy, simple to apply and don't move at all! A lil pricy for the set but well worth the investment.
Much better than using a velcro strap. The design a little loose for bigger speaker stands.
Lower them just below where the speaker sits and it wont break even if you accidentally drop the speaker on the stand

These are pretty good clips. They have a pretty straightforward design that works, and they hold up my scrims really well.<br /> <br /> I would say that the plastic component on these could be better designed or made out of another material. It just doesn't seem like something that is built to withstand the weight of bigger speakers. So far they haven't broke, but I've heard in other places that that could happen. I would just say be careful when you're using them not to drop the speakers on the tripod. Overall I think using these will make your scrims look "tighter" and therefore more professional. <br /> <br /> This is also a terrific price for four units. Other places sell one clamp for the same price. It's a great bargain, and since it's likely you'll need more than one, I'd go with the package. Fast shipping too, as usual from KPODJ.<br />
