The sE Electronics V8 MC2 Black brings the performance principles of the acclaimed V8 platform to compatible Sennheiser wireless systems. Its newly developed premium DMCV8 dynamic capsule is engineered to capture vocals with high clarity and natural detail while maintaining an open, balanced character suited to professional live performance and spoken-word applications.
A highly focused supercardioid polar pattern helps isolate the performer from surrounding stage sound by reducing unwanted off-axis pickup. This focused response supports excellent gain-before-feedback, making the capsule particularly useful on loud stages where vocal definition, monitor rejection, and controlled bleed are important.
The V8 MC2 Black provides a wide 25 Hz–21,000 Hz frequency range with a sensitivity of 2.2 mV/Pa (-53 dBV) and an electrical impedance of 300 ohms. A neodymium magnet and aluminum voice coil form part of the dynamic capsule design, which is specifically configured for its intended wireless-system application.
