These clamps are the absolute best Ive used so far. Super fast and the "temporary hanging" you can do to make little tweaks to the deployment arrangement through the fixtures is incredibly convenient. To be clear you can just plop a fixture on the hook and let it " hang free" until you clamp it down. So awesome and very strong, I can use them sideways with 20lb spots and no slipping.
These make hanging lights so much easier. You can do it one handed if you wanted. Well built, great design.
