Pair transmitter and receiver
The XVive U4 In-Ear Wireless Monitor System has six channels. Use the channel switch button to switch the channel. Set the receiver channel to the same as the transmitter and you're good to go. The blue Led signal on the receiver will stay be on when the connection is successful.
Single transmitter and multiple receivers
If you want to add more receivers, just set the receivers to the same channel as the transmitter. There's no hard limit to how many receivers can connect to one transmitter, but you'll all be sharing the same mono mix.

My buying experience was first rate with great communication, excellent pricing and super fast delivery. Not sure where I’ll be on the item itself though. I have not been able to experience a performance where it actually works as advertised. Waiting on a response from the seller and/ or manufacturer. A pro sound engineer could not wrangle a signal out of it on stage even when trying every possible combination. I can get a signal at home but only with a lot of noise and interference. Will update.
Tom Capo: James, It sounds like we need to swap this out with a replacement. Please contact us or fill out an RMA by clicking on "Returns" at the bottom of this page. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
