Allen & Heath AH-ME-1 Description
The AH-ME-1 mixer provides a simple and customizable interface for creating high-quality personal monitor mixes. It connects directly to Allen & Heath GLD or iLive systems using a single CAT5 cable and works with the optional ME-U Hub to interface with Dante, MADI, or EtherSound environments. Each unit can be set up quickly using 16 assignable keys, which can be configured to control mono or stereo sources, or groups of channels.
The mixer features a bright OLED screen, a built-in ambient mic for stage awareness, and a rotary control knob for adjusting level, pan, EQ, and limiter settings. With support for up to 16 user presets and automatic source naming via dSNAKE, the ME-1 simplifies setup and operation for both performers and engineers. Its compact, durable design supports daisy chaining or parallel connection using etherCON ports and standard Ethernet switches, making it easy to scale across multiple performers on stage.
