From the Element Par Series, the Element HEX is a battery powered LED Par with ADJ’s WiFLY EXR wireless DMX for indoor use. It’s powered by four 10W RGBAW+UV (6-IN-1) LEDs. The Element Par Series are lightweight and easy to operate with a carry handle and kickstand for uplighting, staging, events, productions and any mobile application. No cables or wires needed with the American DJ Element Hex!

FINALLY! THANK YOU ADJ! EVERYTHING I need in an uplight! This light is KING! It's a hex light so EVERY color under the sun is available! Light weight, super bright & built like a tank! So glad I waited & not rush with my uplighting! bought 4 & 14 to go!
Ordered and received 12 of these. First let me start by saying these are the first ADJ products I have bought. Everything else is Chauvet, But for similar light ADJ was lower price so I went with them. I use Show Xpress to control all my lights and with the Wifly Ext there was no problem adding these to system with Chauvet wireless running also. As far as light performance, they work great. Very bright if needed, great color spectrum. Would have given them 5 stars except for 2 things. Having to go into menu buttons to turn off load so I can charge them seems a little odd. Put the second switch like other ADJ lights would be better. And Second, battery life is not what I expected. First time out, doing 3 led blends, batterys were dropping fast, barely made it through 5 hr event. Next event I figured out battery saving mode, which lowers light output as battery level drops, extending battery. And I have changed my settings in show xpress for master to 200 instead of full on 255 and now lights will last the events with about 35% left. Still pretty bright at that setting, but wish I use full potential of light for longer period. Would like to have a set of Freedoms to compare to. 1 Last thing, power out is IEC so you will need special cords to daisey chain. I Just make sure I have 6 outlet surge handy to charge them.
