Offering a tough metal construction and IP65 ‘weatherproof’ rating, the Encore LB15IP is a linear LED wash fixture designed for rental, event production and concert production applications. It features 15 x 20-Watt quad color RGBL (Red, Green, Blue and Lime) LEDs which offer a huge variety of color options, including white light with a variable color temperature of 2700K to 7000K, and a high CRI. Each of the LEDs can be controlled independently and has a tight beam angle of 11-degrees with the option to change the beam to 25-degrees with the supplied frost filter.
The Encore LB15IP, part of ADJ’s Lime LED Series, utilizing high output 4-in-1 color mixing LEDs that each include individually controllable red, green, blue and lime elements. Each LED is rated at 20-Watts and offers a wide variety of color options achieved through mixing the four primary colors at varying levels of intensity. These include white light with a variable color temperature of 2700K to 7000K, which can be easily selected using either linear control or one of six preset macros. Inclusion of the Lime LED element boosts both CRI and perceived brightness as well as filling in gaps in the color spectrum. 16-Bit fine control over the four primary LED elements allows for a huge variety of color possibilities, while 64 built-in macros facilitate easy selection of popular options. The LB15IP features 15 LEDs, with an equally spaced linear arrangement, which can each be controlled independently to allow for the creation of pixel-mapped effects.
With a robust metal construction, the LB15IP is designed for use in professional entertainment lighting environments. It has an IP65 rating, which means that it is sealed to prevent the ingress of liquid, snow, dust, and sand. This makes it suitable for temporary outdoor use as well as for indoor applications where the fixture may be subject to liquid spillage or come into contact with excessive dust or dirt. It is supplied with two variably-angled brackets – one on each side – that can be used to stand the fixture directly on the floor or (with the attachment of the included Omega brackets) hang it from a truss or lighting rail. The unit is also supplied with a detachable glare shield and features locking power input and output sockets, allowing multiple fixtures to be connected to a single power outlet.
