Since the Neon CW utilizes Red, Green, Blue and Cool White LED color mixing, while the Neon and the rest of the Ape Labs 2.0 series utilizes Red, Green, Blue and their signature amberWhite LED color miixing, the CW version may not perfectly match the rest of the Ape Labs Ecosystem when it comes to ambers, whites, pastels, and candlelight colors. So for perfect color matching across all SKUs and all colors, the standard Ape Labs Neon may be a better choice. But for brighter, punchier whites (and identical RGB color mixing), the Neon CW is the right move!

I purchased two sets of the Ape Labs Neon CW with Tour Box. First I like the ease of charging these in the case. The app feature with controls is easy enough to use. Strobe feature & colors are great.. Just a few draw backs. Deeper purple hue would be great..almost a UV or deeper blue for those applications during Halloween & various events we do when we need them. I see now they have more mounting options & brackets for truss mounts which was limited when I purchased these.. Overall a great product so far.
