Upgraded version of the popular 4BAR, 4BAR Flex provides added flexibility and
additional features including DMX capability. Two floor stands are included to
maximize setup possibilities and configurations while a pass-through hole easily
mounts the fixture to most tripods or speaker stands without the need for
additional clamps. It also features two additional power outlets and mounting
options for adding additional wash or effect lights. 4BARFlex includes a free
carrying case.

I have 4 of the Chauvet 4bars, and loved them. After seeing this one, I went for it because of the two extra plug ins on the back for easy power distribution and less cord mess. It easily fits on nearly any type of tripod and is a quick and easy set up. Large amount of light output and great standalone and sound active programs. With DMX it is nearly limitless to the potential this light can do. Perfect for a multi operational company.
I own 2 of these and have used them with the floor mounts for lighting bands and even silk rope dancers. When I use these on my lighting stands I place them upside-down and hang HD projectors, gobo projectors even pin spots lasers and other intelligent lighting. Personally I bring a ladder with me and adjust them in place to get the lighting perfect. Although they cannot mix the color white very well, they are incredibly versatile with decent brightness and can be used for much more than just a simple dance floor light.
The 4Bar was great and the extra upgrades you get with the Flex makes it an even better light.
