I am a little disappointed in the quality. The product has some weight to it and feels well made but there have been some issues. I ordered 2 and one of them had some rattling going on and the mounting hole didn't fit a standard tripod. I removed a large piece of loose metal from inside one lamp to stop the rattling and removed a couple of burrs from inside the mounting hole so I 'repaired' the 2 problems myself. Now 10 months later and after being used only a few times, I have a missing cable securing clip that must have broken off somehow and a couple of the lenses keep coming loose. I contacted Chauvet to ask if I could at least get a replacement cable clip but they said they couldn't help me. However, I contacted KPODJ and they are looking into this and helping me now so kudos to them!!From a performance standpoint, I would have liked dimming capability on the full DMX channels and it isnt as bright as I expected BUT I do like the fact the heads can all be separately positioned and the beam size is perfect for back of stage effect.
