The Chauvet Mini 4BAR 2.0 is a ready-to-go, mobile wash system with four restyled, square LED wash lights, sporting 81 LEDs per pod, mounted on a bar with tripod, floor stands, footswitch controller and transport bags. In just five minutes this fixture can be set up and in use, plus each light can be positioned independently for maximum coverage. This versatility allows for the lights to crisscross or be aimed at different elevations for a multitude of effects.

I purchased one of these as an alternative to the original 4bar to save some expenses on our multi op company. Right away, i wasn't impressed. the tripod is about the size of an over sized mic stand and the light output was very weak compared to its bigger brother the 4bar. I shipped it back and ordered the 4bar and haven't gone back yet.<br /> <br /> This would probably be ok for a bedroom dj or maybe the beginners that are just starting out into the industry. However, save the extra $100.00 and buy the 4bar. you will be much happier with the versatility and light output.
I just received 2 of these systems a couple of days ago. I DJ in a rather large greenhouse, which is part of a "Beer Garden" inside an old plant nursery. Once a week, I turn this 4500 sq ft greenhouse into a dance club. Recently, the building was expanded, and I needed some additional lighting for the new side of the building, which was completely dark. I was worried when I saw how very small the system was. I expected something twice the size. I've only opened one of the two systems, so far. I took it to work and I was very anxious, thinking that it wouldn't do the job. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! All night long, patrons made comments about how unbelievably bright these lights are, especially for being so very small. I can't wait to add the other system next week! This was the perfect choice of lighting to compliment my existing set up. The thing I'm most impressed with is the fact that the entire system fits into a carrying case that's barely larger than a carry on suitcase. The stand is very thin and very lightweight. But, this is an advantage, in my opinion! I was literally able to carry the entire system under my arm! For smaller venues, I'll be able to leave my time consuming, larger set up at home, and I'll use these instead. I love that you can just pop these onto the stand, plug in and play,with VERY LITTLE effort. Took 2 minutes to set up and tear down. Very happy with my purchase and with the quality of this product!
