CHAUVET Professional COLORado PXL Curve 5 Description

The CHAUVET Professional COLORado PXL Curve 5 combines the flexibility of a moving wash and beam fixture with the visual continuity of an arrayable LED batten. Five rectangular heads can be controlled independently, with each head providing 60° of pan and 200° of tilt along with motorized zoom. This makes it possible to create coordinated waves, curves, aerial effects, pixel-mapped looks, and wide washes from a single fixture.

Each moving head uses a 120W RGBW LED and is complemented by dedicated linear cool white and warm white strobe cells. Eight-section control of the white strobe cells per head allows detailed chase, strobe, and accent effects beyond the fixture's RGBW color output. The system produces up to 42,172 lumens and offers adjustable color temperatures from 3200K to 7500K.

The fixture is designed for scalable lighting systems. Alignment features help maintain consistent spacing when multiple units are installed side by side, while its rectangular heads and color blending are designed to integrate visually with other COLORado PXL fixtures. Control options include DMX, Art-Net, sACN, and RDM, with four control personalities ranging from 120 to 355 channels.

An IP65-rated housing constructed from aluminum diecast, high-impact flame-retardant polymer, and steel provides durability for touring and temporary outdoor use. IP65 power and data connections, slotted Omega mounting brackets, selectable PWM frequencies, and an auto-ranging 100–240 VAC power supply further support professional concert, theater, festival, and event production workflows.
