Chordcat introduces a fresh approach to composition by fusing groovebox workflow with intelligent harmony generation. At the heart of the device is Chord Cruiser mode, which provides instant chord suggestions based on your key and scale settings — unlocking over 110,000 creative possibilities to craft unique progressions and melodic ideas.
With 8 instrument tracks, 16 patterns, and up to 128 steps per sequence, Chordcat provides a flexible platform for beatmaking and arranging. Built-in effects like Arpeggiator, Delay, and Ducker can be controlled via the XY pad, adding expressive depth and dynamic movement to your sound.
Unique features such as the Running Direction function allow playback pattern flow in multiple directions, sparking unexpected rhythmic ideas. With 145 sound presets and 16 drum kits onboard, you can shape tone with onboard filters and amp envelopes, automating parameters for rich, evolving phrases.
