From a functional standpoint, the LD Maui5 is exactly what I wanted. Simple controls and easy transport. The sound of the 4 driver speakers is really nice, and overall power is decent. It has what I would call subtle volume...it can get loud and project, without feeling like your face is going to melt. Only question is the sub sound seems a bit muddy...not horrible though.
This is a great speaker, it's lightweight and can operate in stereo with just one speaker. I have it as a monitor for my DJ booth. It's clean and loud. A lot of connection options as well as clear and concise tuning between the tops and the bass.
These things are legendary. So light and easy to carry. Only thing I would say is that ocassionally they just arent loud enough. but just barely. up to 50 people you are fine, more than that, you might just want to add a 3rd speaker. only other change I would make, is make the base deeper or lock better, I have had wind blow these over a few times. They are such stunners though, they look so good! it would also be nice if they had a through-put.
A dj friend of mine bought these and did a video demo on them. Also went to a local store to check them out. So I ordered 2 and so far used just 1 for a outside wedding ceremony. The sound quality is awesome. Couldn't believe how this put out and I am a electro voice speaker owner. Would recommend if you need for smaller events. These are light weight and easy for storing.
Purchased second system recently. Sounds great paired up for smaller events. I can also set one up for ceremony, one for cocktail hour and keep my main setup in the reception area. Very clean look throughout the venue. Simple setup and breakdown make it easy having to bring multiple setups for these events.
Great portable system. I use this for wedding ceremonies and cocktail hours. The bluetooth capability allows me to blend in with guests during ceremony and control the action remotely for cocktail hours.

It has a slick look, sounds great and is very easy to transport and setup/breakdown. It is a great PA system for intimate events/venues.

Also great at Backyard/Pool/BBQ parties. Ordering a second unit soon.
Still working with my 2 systems that I bought and so far it's working great.
I use at various venues and it had been received well by all clients that I entertain.
Awesome Price! Very easy to use and sounds great for such an affordable system. The mixer is a bonus! I recommend the bags for transport!
