The Odyssey OPSR16UW is a professional 16U equipment rack designed to protect rack-mounted electronics during transport while simplifying setup and teardown. Its shock-mounted internal frame, slide-in front and rear doors, open rack structure, and heavy-duty casters make it suitable for touring audio, lighting, AV production, and rental applications.
The Odyssey OPSR16UW provides 16U of rack space for compatible amplifiers, signal processors, wireless systems, power distribution equipment, lighting controllers, and other rack-mounted electronics. Its industrial black hexagonal-board construction is designed for the demands of touring, mobile production, rental inventory, and professional AV work.
The front and rear doors are secured with heavy-duty slam latches during transport. At the venue, both doors slide neatly into the rack, eliminating the need to store loose covers and reducing the chance of doors being misplaced during an event.
An internal shock-mounted rack frame helps protect installed electronics from vibration and movement. The open-frame structure improves airflow compared with fully enclosed internal rack designs, while front and rear rack rails provide access for mounting, wiring, and equipment maintenance.
