RCF KXW 4-A is a high-output, wide-dispersion two-way active speaker engineered for professional touring and demanding fixed installations. It combines dual 10" woofers with a 4" titanium compression driver, driven by a powerful 3200W Class-D amplifier and advanced DSP with remote RDNet control. Built into a weatherproof birch enclosure, the KXW 4-A is optimized for clarity, coverage, and rugged flexibility.
The RCF KXW 4-A delivers exceptional output and intelligibility in a compact form factor, tailored for both vertical and horizontal configurations. Its dual 10” neodymium woofers handle powerful low-end reproduction, while the 4” titanium dome compression driver delivers articulate highs through a rotatable waveguide. The result is a controlled 100° x 50° coverage pattern with superior phase coherence and low distortion.
Driven by a two-channel 3200W Class-D amplifier, the system includes onboard DSP processing with FiRPHASE filtering for linear phase alignment and Bass Motion Control (BMC) for maximizing low-frequency stability. These technologies ensure clean audio across the entire range while maintaining tight impulse response and low latency.
Built with touring in mind, the KXW 4-A features a weather-resistant Baltic birch cabinet finished in polyurea paint, waterproof TRUE1 TOP power connectors, and ergonomic handles. It can be deployed pole-mounted, flown, ground-stacked, or arrayed using its integrated rigging points. Onboard RDNet enables real-time remote monitoring, delay settings, preset recall, and gain reduction metering from a centralized interface—ideal for system engineers managing large setups.
