The sE Electronics V PACK CLUB Standard is a six-microphone package designed for live venues, touring rigs, studios, houses of worship, and production companies that need a versatile collection of microphones for drums and instruments. The bundle combines a V7 X dynamic instrument microphone, V KICK bass drum microphone, two V BEAT snare/tom microphones, two sE7 small-diaphragm condenser microphones, two V CLAMP drum mounts, and a protective V CASE.
The sE Electronics V PACK CLUB Standard gives engineers and performers a practical microphone collection for compact drum kits and a wide range of instrumental applications. Its combination of dynamic and condenser microphones provides dedicated options for close miking drums as well as capturing overheads, cymbals, acoustic instruments, amplifiers, and other sources.
The V KICK is designed primarily for kick drums, floor toms, and electric bass. Its DMC7 SB dynamic capsule uses an aluminum voice coil and supercardioid pickup pattern for focused, transient-rich reproduction. Two rear-panel switches provide four tonal combinations by changing the microphone's midrange and high-frequency character, allowing the V KICK to adapt to different drum sounds and musical styles.
Two V BEAT microphones handle snare and tom duties with compact, low-profile housings and supercardioid DMC7 X capsules. Their aluminum voice coils are designed for fast transient response and natural low-frequency reproduction, while integrated capsule suspension helps reduce mechanical vibration. The included V CLAMPS attach directly to drum rims and allow flexible microphone positioning without requiring conventional floor stands.
For overheads and other detailed sources, the package includes two sE7 small-diaphragm condenser microphones. Their cardioid pickup patterns, transformerless Class A circuitry, switchable 20dB pads, and 80Hz low-cut filters make them suitable for drums, guitars, pianos, and other close or distant miking applications.
The V7 X adds another versatile dynamic option for guitar cabinets, drums, horns, and other instruments. Its supercardioid DMC7 X capsule, aluminum voice coil, integrated shockmount, rugged metal construction, and spring-steel grille are designed for dependable use on stage and in the studio. All of the primary microphones and accessories can be organized and transported in the included V CASE.
