American DJ LINK Description

The American DJ LINK combines app-based lighting control with a hardware surface designed for hands-on programming and playback. It is built for use with the Airstream DMX LINK iOS app for iPad, giving lighting operators a flexible control system for compatible DMX devices.

For wireless operation, LINK creates a private standalone 2.4 or 5 GHz DSSS WiFi network between the controller and iPad. This allows the iPad to be undocked for remote control, programming, and playback while maintaining a dedicated connection separate from general venue WiFi.

For installations or operators who prefer a wired setup, LINK can connect to an iPad through USB using a compatible cable adapter, not included. Four 5-pin DMX outputs on the rear panel provide constant hardwired DMX output across 4 universes.

The American DJ LINK is designed for small production events, nightclubs, bars, mobile entertainers, and venues that need a robust iPad-based lighting control solution with physical faders, buttons, encoders, and rackmount flexibility.
