The included GLXD2+/SM58 handheld transmitter features the familiar SM58 dynamic microphone capsule. Its cardioid pickup pattern focuses on sound arriving from the front of the microphone to help reduce unwanted stage noise and feedback, while the built-in pneumatic shock mount helps minimize handling noise. A spherical filter reduces breath and wind noise, and the steel-mesh grille supports demanding live use.
The GLXD4R+ receiver features a durable metal half-rack enclosure with an easy-to-read front-panel display. Balanced XLR and 1/4-inch audio outputs make it compatible with professional mixers, powered speakers, recording interfaces, and installed sound systems. Transmitter gain can be adjusted from the receiver for convenient system setup.
The included SB904 rechargeable lithium-ion battery delivers up to 12 hours of use on a full charge. It can be charged in the receiver's front-panel charging bay or through the transmitter's USB-C connection, while a 15-minute quick charge provides up to 1.5 hours of operation.
