Wharfedale Pro WLA-118SUBA Description
The Wharfedale Pro WLA-118SUBA is built to deliver deep, defined bass for professional WLA-1A array systems. Its custom 18-inch Beyma ferrite driver uses a 4-inch Duo voice coil to provide efficient low-frequency performance with clarity and impact.
Internal DSP processing simplifies setup with 8 FIR presets, while the Class D amplifier delivers 2200W continuous power and 4400W peak output. RMS, peak limiter, DC, short, and thermal protection systems help maintain reliable operation in demanding touring and fixed-install environments.
The rugged birch plywood cabinet is finished in black Tough-Tone and protected by a powder-coated perforated steel grille. With integrated 3-point rigging, an M20 pole mount, balanced XLR input and link connections, USB Type B updating, and RJ45 RS485 networking, the WLA-118SUBA is designed for flexible professional deployment.
