The Coin 2.5 is essentially the Can 2+ without the built-in battery, which reduces both size and cost. Need battery power? Connect the fixtures to a compatible USB battery bank using USB-C cabling to create a compact wireless-style setup. The included ApeRemote makes it easy to control colors, programs, brightness, and MusikMode without needing a phone or DMX controller.
With its integrated USB-C port, the Ape Labs Coin 2.5 is easier to cable than the previous pigtail design. Use standard USB-C cabling for clean event layouts, permanent installs, or setups that require different cable lengths. The improved PCBA board also helps deliver enhanced performance and reliability while keeping the same tiny footprint and versatile output that made the Coin series so popular.
The included ProX soft bag makes this RoadPack easier to store, carry, and deploy for mobile events. Compatible accessories include the Swivel Ball Adapter for universal mounting, Par Wash Optics in 10°, 15°, 25°, and 45°, Pinspot Adapter, Dome Lens, Table Tube Adapter, fiber optics add-on, and Coin Tube for 1 to 2 meter tube effects.

I use these for my facade. At first, I used Cans so I didn't have to deal with any power cables at all, but I love that they are so close to the ground. I use the big USB hub from Ape Labs and plug all my coins into one USB bank and plug the bank in next to my controller. It's easy and because they are so low to the ground, I slide them in front of my facade panels instead of behind them. That way they are brighter and add light to the dancefloor. I love Musik Mode on my facade!!

These Ape Coins are such a life saver. Friendly to the wallet as well. I get so many compliments on the color saturation of them. I purchased 4 to highlight my DJ set up and cant be happier.
