The Puck is Blizzard Lighting's new super-cool, super affordable flat LED
PAR Can, and it's packed with tons of features for not a lot of ice!
With an overall depth of 2.5" and a main depth of about 1", The Puck is
definitely one thin PAR! 144 ultra-bright 10mm LEDs also make it big on output,
while an LED control panel and power daisy chain connectors make it flexible and
perfect for uplighting!
The Puck features 3 and 6-channel control modes which means it works great with
any type of controller, including popular 3-channel easy controllers. Plus, the
built-in 4 character/4 button LED control panel allows total control over the
fixture, including sound active and standalone modes, display invert and service
hour readout.
Compare it to the competition... It is brighter, more affordable and of
course... it says Blizzard Lighting on it!
I bought 25 of these for uplighting. I could not have been happier with my selection. These are a great light that offer's more then enough brightness for uplighting. They are very user friendly, and can be daisy chained not only DMX, but by power as well. Small light, Small price, Big effect. Work great with the Obey 3 Controller! Takes me about 1 minute / fixture to set up. I highly recommend these as uplighting for mobile DJ's.
Great light for lighting trusses, work fine. Just be careful with the power linking. I hooked up a moving head and TV to it (thinking it could handle) and it couldn't. Blew a fuse in 2 of my lights when doing this. It handles the LED moving head fine, but couldn't handle that plus the TV. Not a big deal going forward, just loses a little of the connectivity advantage. Other than that they work as intended (although never used the included remote)
