The FBT JMaxX 112A is a two-way active loudspeaker that combines ease of use with versatility to bring you a speaker that is ideal for any audio application and includes a 12-inch woofer alongside a 90-degree X 60-degree constant directivity horn that ensures sound is evenly dispersed. This loudspeaker is perfect for mobile DJs, club and bar venues, music venues, entertainment facilities, sound reinforcement, schools and colleges, and events productions.
The J Maxx 112 A comes fitted with a 900w Class D amplifier that delivers 700w to the 12-inch low-frequency driver and 200w to the 1-inch high-frequency compression driver and allows the speaker to reach an impressive sound pressure level of 131dB. The 12-inch low-frequency woofer is equipped with a 2-inch voice coil while the 1-inch high-frequency driver features a 90-degree X 60-degree directivity horn that ensures sound will be appropriately dispersed. The 112 A provides you with a full frequency response that ranges from 48 Hz – 20 kHz providing you with most of the audible frequency spectrum.
The rear panel features an onboard digital signal processor that provides you with four EQ presets that ensure you’ll always get the best sound for your application and includes original, floor/vocal, boost/lounge, club/DJ giving you the ability to shape your sound. The rear panel also offers an XLR input and XLR link output alongside a ¼-inch TRS Jack input so you can connect directly to mixers, instruments, and microphones. A high-pass filter works to eliminate low-end rumbles while a GND Lift makes sure you will not experience any ground looping feedback.
The cabinet features a gas-injected form that is designed to kill unwanted enclosure resonances and reinforces a robust low-frequency performance. The cabinet features a tapered design that allows you to angle the speaker at 12, 40, or 55 degrees which makes them perfect for use as an on-stage monitor speaker while multiple mounting options offer a 35mm pole mount, 2 x M10 suspension points, and a wall bracket flange.
