The Mackie Thrash15v2 is a 15-inch powered PA loudspeaker and stage monitor built for DJs, musicians, live sound, rehearsals and portable event systems. A 1300W Class-D amplifier drives a 15-inch woofer and 1-inch compression driver, while four selectable voicing modes, Feedback Eliminator and Bluetooth wireless streaming provide flexible control for different applications.
The Mackie Thrash15v2 delivers the output needed for portable PA systems while keeping setup and operation straightforward. Its 1300W peak Class-D amplifier provides 1000W peak power to the low-frequency section and 300W peak power to the high-frequency section, driving a 15-inch ferrite woofer and 1-inch compression driver.
With frequency response extending from 48Hz to 16kHz at -3dB and a maximum SPL of 129dB, the Thrash15v2 is designed to produce strong low-frequency impact along with clear vocal and high-frequency reproduction. Its 90° horizontal by 60° vertical coverage pattern helps distribute sound across performance and audience areas.
Four voicing modes make it easy to configure the loudspeaker for different jobs. Flat mode provides a neutral response, DJ mode adds emphasis to the lows and highs, Live mode is tailored to help vocals and speech project, and Wedge mode focuses the response for stage-monitor use. Built-in Feedback Eliminator adds another layer of control when microphones are being used near the speaker.
Bluetooth 5.0 provides wireless playback from compatible phones, tablets and computers. Two Thrashv2 loudspeakers can also be linked wirelessly for stereo or dual-mono playback. For wired sources, a combination XLR/TRS mic/line input accommodates microphones and line-level devices, while the balanced XLR mix output passes the wired input and Bluetooth signal to additional equipment.
A rugged polypropylene enclosure, protective metal grille and integrated handles support regular transportation and live use. The Thrash15v2 can be placed upright, mounted on a compatible speaker pole using its built-in pole socket or positioned horizontally at its 45-degree monitor angle for stage monitoring.
