Yamaha’s D-XSUB processing gives users practical control over bass response, with NORMAL mode providing balanced low-end performance and XTENDED LF mode extending the subwoofer’s range for applications that benefit from deeper bass reproduction.

The enclosure is constructed from durable plywood and finished with a rugged polyurea coating for long-term reliability during transport, setup, and daily use. Its acoustically optimized cabinet design, large ports, and grille structure help minimize airflow noise while maintaining powerful bass output. Dual side handles, optional SPW-1 wheels, and the optional SPCVR-DXS183 cover help make transport and protection more manageable for production and touring use.
