I heard these at a party recently and they sounded impressive. My sphincter quivered with delight.
I did a lot of looking before I purchased this PA. There is almost ZERO information about this on the internet. So, I asked KPODJ and they answered (most) of my questions. I bought the system. Delivered yesterday. tested last night. <br /> First impression: Well packaged. Well made. Nice looking unit. <br /> Sound: Impressive. Not an RCF Evox8, but also 1/3 the price. Certainly a very nice clear sound with lots of volume and full bass.<br /> I plan on using two of these with a small band (guitar/Bass/Drums/vocals) doing classic rock. Mostly just vocals through this system, with maybe a little guitar to balance the sound. Not sure if we will add support for the kick drum through this, we will have to try it to see. I am certain two of these will support my bands intended application strongly.<br /> My Experience level: 30+ years paid musician (local bars etc). Built sound systems for bands, bars and churches(in the 90's). Used everything from small "Bricks on Sticks" PA's to Large 20,000 watt stacks. This is a nice, portable, good sounding system for a great price.<br /> <br /> Pros: PRICE!!!<br /> Great Sound<br /> Easy transport and set up<br /> Cons: <br /> Speaker cable provided does not allow top speaker to adjusted up fully- would be great if it were 1 foot longer.<br /> allen wrench access to storage for upper speaker and pole is just a pain. I am changing mine to hinges and a clasp. But, not a deal breaker by any means.<br /> <br /> Should you buy this? IF you are semi-pro, small soloist/combo playing small venues,- YES<br /> If you are a DJ playing for large weddings, or playing larger rooms, maybe something a little larger would be better.<br /> <br /> Overall I am happy with my purchase.
