JBL SRX922 is a high-output, dual 12-inch powered point-source loudspeaker designed for demanding live sound, touring, and installation environments. Its acoustically three-way design delivers full-range clarity, strong low-end performance, and precise directivity control, making it ideal for mains, side-fills, and scalable sound system deployments.
The JBL SRX922 is engineered for professionals who need high output and consistent coverage from a compact enclosure. Its dual 12-inch low-frequency drivers use a dipole configuration to improve vertical directivity and deliver powerful bass performance, while the dedicated mid and high-frequency drivers ensure clarity and definition across the full frequency range.
The three-way architecture incorporates a 6.5-inch horn-loaded mid driver and a 1.5-inch compression driver paired with JBL’s Progressive Transition waveguides. This design provides smooth, predictable 90° x 60° coverage, helping maintain consistent sound quality across large listening areas.
With built-in Class-D amplification and advanced DSP, the SRX922 offers a true plug-and-play experience. The onboard processing includes 24 user-adjustable filters, up to 2000 ms of delay, and JBL’s LevelMax limiting system for reliable protection under demanding conditions. Network control via HARMAN HControl and dual etherCON ports allows for streamlined system integration and monitoring.
Constructed from durable Baltic birch plywood, the enclosure is built for both touring and permanent installation use. Eight M10 Quick-Link rigging points provide flexible deployment options, while the compact size and integrated handles make transport and setup efficient.
